Here is our review of the Bullpup Unlimited Mossberg 500 Conversion Kit. The Bullpup Unlimited kit was a cinch to install, only taking about 15 minutes. If you can follow directions you shouldn’t have any trouble here. The kit ran great after the install with no malfunctions of any kind to date, it really transformed the old reliable Mossberg 500 shotgun to something cool again! We had no issues with short stocking the action which is the most common mistake that we see with people shooting bullpup shotguns. The Bullpup Unlimited kit has tons of rail space for accessories like flashlights, sights, and vertical grips, most of these rails are removable if you don’t want them. The conversion kit also has a familiar feel to it especially if you own an Ar-15, and who doesn’t have one of those nowadays? Here is the finished FN PS90 project that we started months ago! As you can see it has undergone quite the transformation. Below is a list of the modifications and the companies that helped make this awesome little short barreled rifle what it is today!
Here is our look at the FN FS2000 Bullpup Rifle. To say that the fs2000 looks are unconventional would be an understatement! That doesn’t mean that it’s not a great rifle though. The FN FS2000 isn’t for everyone, but to us it’s still one of the coolest weapons out there. Sure it may look like you just stepped off the set of Starship Troopers, but who cares when you have something this cool and unique to play with. In our testing the gun has proven to be very reliable with a variety of ammunition. The recoil is very smooth and manageable. The factory sight on the FN is similar to the Seyer AUG doughnut sight, again not for everyone. The gun is pretty easy to breakdown and clean after you know how to do it, but it can be tricky for the first timer. We would like to thank Homeland Guns for putting on this range day, and officer Yeti for bringing his FN FS2000’s for us to play with! Don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube Channel and like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram.
The guys over at Lehigh Defense sent us a few different varieties of 300 Blackout ammo for us to tryout, and see what we thought of it. Lets start out by saying we had a blast testing this ammo, pun intended! Both the Controlled Chaos and the Close Quarter rounds were devastating in the gel testing, and judging from some of the pictures we’ve seen it’s just as effective on real soft tissue i.e. hogs, coyote, whatever. The 110 grain Controlled Chaos round with a muzzle velocity of 2400 fps is just awesome, and the 78 grain Close Quarter ammo with a muzzle velocity of 2800 fps is a thing of beauty. We tested the the rounds in FBI ballistic gel blocks from DoctorKote, you can find him Here if you want to get some ballistic gel for yourself. After shooting the gel we decided to have a little fun by shooting some 2.5 liter bottles of soda, as you can see in the video it wasn’t my best idea (lol). We hope you enjoyed the Lehigh defense 300 Blackout testing video, and come back soon for more great videos from TacticalExistence!
While out visiting our friends at Homeland Guns last week we had a chance to check out the new K&M Arms M17 Bullpup rifle, and thought you all might like to see what we thought of the old bullpup remake. The New K&M M17 is everything that the old M17 should’ve been. The new M17 chassis is made of all aluminum and not polymer, like its namesake. The only downside to that is it gets hot after a few mags of rapid fire. The good news is the gun is a pleasure to shoot, and handles very well. The trigger on the K&M is just fantastic for a bullpup rifle! After everything is said and done it is a great improvement over the M17’s of old, and we loved it! If you are a bullpup fan and would like to have a quality built fantastic shooting rifle that your buddy doesn’t have, this is the gun for you. We hope you enjoyed the K&M Arms M17 bullpup first look video. If you would like more information on the K&M Arms M17 bullpup check them out on their website Here.
In this video we test out the new Sig MPX with Tac Con 3MR Trigger installed. We found the install to be pretty simple and quick. The results were a very fast and accurate trigger pull, and one heck of a good time on the range! Stay tuned for our full review of the Sig MPX coming soon!
There is not really much else to say other than, “Nice shooting officer Yeti, and great job on our Glock 43 MOD 1 Firearms!”. Also, thanks to Homeland Guns for putting on this range event! Both MOD 1 Firearms and Homeland Guns links are listed below.
In this video we show off our new custom Glock 43 built by MOD 1 Firearms. This was a great shooting little handgun when we first got it and started testing it, but now it’s absolutely amazing! What? You don’t believe me? Well, listen to this…while we were out visiting our friends over at Homeland Guns, we decided to see just how far we could push our new custom Glock 43 that we had just picked up form MOD 1 Firearms. Our friend officer Yeti volunteered to be the one to take on the insane task of shooting three targets all in a row without any misses. The steel silhouette targets were placed at three different distances. Continue Reading
Today we take you along with us for our first trip to the range with the newly released Glock 43 single stack 9mm. The Glock 43 is a gun a lot of us have been waiting years for, especially since the release of pistols like the M&P Shield and the XDs. On our way to the range we stopped and picked up a few different varieties of 9mm ammo for the test. The little 43 ran like a top as far as reliability goes, didn’t have one single malfunction all day. We even got last round hold open on every magazine. The weapon is a little snappy on recoil, but that is to be expected given the size and weight of the handgun. Continue Reading
We had a chance to take the new Sig Sauer MPX out for a workout the other day. At first glance we were in love with the MPX. The pistol looks to be well made, with it’s all metal construction and buttery smooth action. What can we say? This thing looks great! The Sig MPX comes in a very nice hard case with cut out foam that fits the gun and included accessories perfectly. The Sig handgun also comes with the new Sig SBX Brace on a folding adaptor that is already attached to the gun. The MPX also includes a sling, three 2″ aluminum rails and a full cleaning kit, very nice touches in our opinion. Continue Reading
